Our Products
Our products are mainly wooden toys made mainly with lathe turning technique. We constantly upgrade and adopt new technology as the times change or as requirements change. Utilising our excellent tools, skill, and procedure, we are able to cope up with the needs of the market with innovation. The raw materials are mainly ply, birch, and MDF. We work with different designers who collaborate with our artisans to bring up new designs. The average produce per product is around 2000 to 4000.
We don't claim to be the best or unique. We are simple people, and we make simple products. However we do the best job that we can under the circumstances. The uniqueness of our toys is such that you won't find a parallel anywhere in the world.
The lacquer based painting process and the unique aesthetics rooted in our traditions isn't something you can mass produce on a large scale via automation. Each product is handcrafted with love, care, dedication and a skill that is passed down from generation to generation.
There are many special toys that we make. One is the balancing doll, which has a heavy weight inside a lightweight outer frame. This causes it to wobble and continue wobbling after being given a slight nudge. And the other one is our simple spinning top. Everybody has seen one as children and its a truly wonderful toy to play with. Nowadays you get fidget spinners and other rotary toys based very clearly on the idea of our simple top.
